This matcha mint chip smoothie is a fan favorite and could easily substitute for mint chocolate chip ice cream but soooooo much healthier! Because I started to do intermittent fasting and skip breakfast I was finding it hard to use this recipe because I had to go to work. Match Mint Chip Smoothie Recipe
8 oz desired type of milk- I love vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 -1 scoop (to desired sweetness/taste) matcha mint chip powder
